Kim had a natural passion for helping others regardless of their race, ethnicity, or faith. It is suggested by her parents-Phyllis Napier-Henderson and J. Wayne Henderson in lieu of flowers that a donation be made on Kim's behalf' to the Nelson Heritage Center (501.3c) entity at Nelson Heritage Center, 1653

The Nelson Heritage Center (NHC) will allow our youth to have a facility with a remodeled gymnasium where they can be safe to gather and play basketball and other activities.
Kim's motto was always to leave a place, person, or a situation better than it was when you found it. In keeping with her legacy, we are striving to do just that!
